Why choose us
Superyacht crew training has its own demands, and not every provider has the setup to deliver all of it in-house. Some need recognised centre status to run RYA courses under their own name. Some have the courses but not the qualified instructors to deliver them onboard. Others simply need training delivered at their own location, on their own schedule. We work with superyacht operators to close whichever of these gaps applies, so you can offer more without building it all from scratch.
Our Superyacht Crew Training
RYA Training Centre Set-up
We help you become a recognised RYA training centre in your own right, covering the standards, systems and processes you need to deliver courses under RYA recognition.
Onboard Instructor Training
We train your instructors to deliver courses onboard to RYA standard, so your crew training doesn't depend on bringing in external instructors every time.
In-house Course Delivery
If you'd rather we deliver the training directly, we'll run courses at your location, built around your crew's schedule and the specific courses they need.
Not sure which service fits?
If you already run courses but need recognised centre status, start with RYA Training Centre Set-up. If you're recognised but need more instructors, start with Onboard Instructor Training. If you'd rather we handled delivery entirely, start with In-house Course Delivery.
How to book
Every provider's setup is different, so we start with a conversation about what you've already got in place and what you need from us. Whether that's centre set-up, instructor training or full course delivery, we'll build a plan around your existing operation rather than a standard package.

What customers say
I attended the RYA Powerboat Level 2 course at Portishead Marina. The facilities are excellent with everything at hand right by the marina. We got plenty of practical experience and time at the helm. I learnt a great deal, having little practical experience of the subject before arrival and found the course invaluable. Highly recommended.
Just successfully completed the RYA Day Skipper shore-based course. There's a definitely a lot of topics to get through the instructor delivered these in a way which brought the theory to life and aided retention resulting in all 8 of his students passing the exams. Overall, high-quality tuition, fantastic location and an opportunity to meet brilliant fellow students.
